What an incredible celebration of 630 CUSD students at the 3rd annual district-wide Language Leaders celebration! Ninety-nine students were recognized for meeting the criteria for the California State Seal of Biliteracy (in Spanish, Punjabi, Arabic, Hindi, and Portuguese) and 531 students were reclassified as Fluent English Proficient. We are so proud of you! Thank you to everyone who helped coordinate this event and support these students as they worked to meet the rigorous criteria.
