Richard Mickelson is CV’s 2023/2024 Teacher of the Year. He was also a Stanislaus County finalist for Teacher of the Year. At last night’s CUSD Board Meeting, it was announced that Richard is the Teacher of the Year for all secondary sites in CUSD. Richard is a phenomenal teacher, staff member, and person. His lessons are incredibly engaging, and he builds extremely strong relationships with his students. He is entirely deserving of this recognition. Feel free to congratulate him when you see him around campus. He really is a superstar.
