The Hawks came away with a huge CCC win yesterday as they traveled to El Capitan and took down the 1st place Gauchos by the score of 6-4. CV was led by pitcher Nick Dominguez who pitched a complete game (7 inn) scattering 7 hits and 3 earned runs. The Hawk offense was led by Chris Garcia’s double and 2 RBI. The win puts the Hawks at 10-10 overall and 4-1 in CCC (tied for 1st place). CV will look to keep things going this Thursday when they host the Gauchos at 4:00pm.
