Please remember to complete you Athletic Clearance process and bring you signed confirmation sheet with you to today's physicals. Athletic physicals will be held today from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. Last names beginning with A - M please be there from 1:00pm to 2:30pm, last names N - Z will be from 2:30pm - 4:00pm. A parental signature is required on the physical form, please print the form and send a signed copy with your student athlete or come to the front desk at the clinic and sign a form. Parents will not be allowed to go through the physical process with their child. We ask that they wait outside of in the car for their child. Thank you.
